North Florida and south Georgia residents dealing with the first hard freeze of the winter.

Wednesday night’s overnight low in Tallahassee was 25 degrees. That’s five degrees off the record of 20 set in 1985.

By mid-morning, temperatures weren't much warmer. Construction workers in the capital city had to light small bonfires to keep warm.

Thursday night’s overnight low could get even colder.
