Ashes and debris are all that is left as one of the oldest buildings in Live Oak, Florida burns to the ground.
Officials say it took about 90 minutes and around 80 firefighters to put the blaze out at Howell's office supply store late Tuesday afternoon.
The building is a total loss and will have to be torn down, but the community has pulled together to show support for the owners.
Alan Bedenbaugh with the Live Oak Fire Department says, "People have been stopping by here to talk to the family and all. The citizen in Suwannee County really touched their hearts. Because, like I say, the family is well known and they got a lot of friends in Live Oak."
The current owners say they have been in business for the past 35 years. The building has been around since the 1940s.
Fire officials continue to investigate exactly what caused the blaze
