A Tallahassee home dubbed the "idea house" will soon be gracing the pages of Southern Living magazine. It's under construction now in the new St. Joe development, White Fence Farm at Red Hills.
The house will feature the latest in home technology and will be open to the public to tour for a charge in June. The money raised will go Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
Elora Harwood, President of TMH Auxiliary, says, "When I heard about this concept, I'm in love with it. I can't wait to be out here and I'm so pleased we were chosen to work with it."
Harwood says they'll use the money to purchase an ultra sound machine for the family practice residency program. The home tours are expected to collect up to $20,000.
