It was Children's Day at the Museum of Florida History in Tallahassee.
Children could visit several displays and shows and play with the interactive games, or they could play in Grandma's Attic and pretend to be a historical figure in time.
"We have this event every year to sort of reach out to the community and also to bring people into the museum to see what we have going on here, but also to offer crafts and performances for children in our own community as well," explains Lindsey Smitherman, organizer of Children's Day.
Children's Day at the Museum of Florida History benefits Second Harvest Food Bank through canned food donations.
