Two Tallahassee businesses were burglarized Saturday night. Now authorities are trying to find the culprits.
Tallahassee police say sometime Saturday night a burglar threw a piece of brick through the window of the DNA store on Lake Bradford Road and got away with 40 cartons of cigarettes and a safe with money inside.
And in a second incident, thieves took off with a safe and a loaded gun at the Itza Pizza on Blairstone Road.
LT Ken Bergstrom with the Tallahassee Police Department states, "Both burglaries are currently under investigation. It's too early to figure out whether they're related or not."
TPD does not have a description of the suspects right now. Anyone with information on these crimes is asked to call the Tallahassee Police Department at 850-891-4200.
