An academic building at Florida A & M University is shut down. School officials say maintenance workers found an oily substance all over the architecture school building.
They say it was mainly in the halls and entrance way and a few classrooms.
The Tallahassee Fire Department and the Health Department were both called to the scene.
The health department now has samples of the oily substance and are running tests.
Until the health department determines what the substance is, the school building will remain closed.
