Folks still came out to Hudson Park to enjoy the carnival rides and vendors at the annual Valentines Festival.
Organizers say they were still able to make their fundraising goals due to sponsorships and hard working staffers.
All of the proceeds go to Wakulla County charities.
"We give back to the senior citizens, various others, Habitat for Humanity, the schools and the needy," says Don Henderson, Valentines Festival chair of the Rotary Club of Wakulla County.
"The people have been very friendly. The rides look very cute. We haven't done… the pony was our first, but my husband is going to do the little haunted one," exclaims Erin Dunn, a festival participant.
Organizers say the carnival part of the Valentines Festival will continue Sunday afternoon at Hudson Park.
