Future military wives were given the wedding dresses of their dreams thanks to one New Hampshire woman who wanted to lend a helping hand to the men and women serving overseas.

Bridal boutique owner Heidi Jansen decided to donate the gowns to show her appreciation to the brides and grooms protecting the nation.

Jansen's store will be giving away 50 dresses over the next two days. The first dress was given away Tuesday night.

The donated gowns, which are mostly overstock items, range from one thousand to three thousand dollars each.

In order to qualify for the free wedding dress, the brides must be engaged, on active duty, or have a fiancé on active duty.

I saw this story on Fox News and thought that I would write and tell Ms. Jansen that I think that she is doing a great thing and that she will be blessed indeed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was once an Active Duty bride and between my deployments and my Husbands, this would have been a great blessing. I know that there are others who feel the same way. Thank You! -Mrs. Jasmine Lyle, USAF, Vet.
