It's called the Taste of Red Hills, and it's a delicious side item of the horse trials.
The Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association sponsors it and a variety of Tallahassee restaurants provide the food while Tri-Eagle Sales and Coke provide the beverages.
"There's a lot of people from out of town. I've only seen a few customers that I know from the restaurant. The good thing is they'll know where we are now," says Pedro Hernandez of La Fiesta, a Mexican restaurant in Tallahassee.
A portion of the proceeds from Taste of Red Hills will benefit the horse trials’ designated charities.
