A procedure that's been traced back as far as Cleopatra's day is apparently making a comeback.
Body wrap salon owner Lisa Williams says the process is gaining the attention of those wanting to lose inches and toxins in the body.
Williams says in just the last year the number of body wrap schools in Florida has increased by more than one third.
Williams says, "Anybody who doesn't have good healthy eating habits would be a prime candidate, or someone who wants to lose inches, even if there's somebody who has an engagement that night that they wanted to get into a dress."
During the hour-long process, the steamy wraps, gels and solutions work together to release toxins from a person's fatty cells. Many body wrap salons claim people can lose several inches on their first visit.
