There was a deadly shooting in Tallahassee this weekend, and now Tallahassee police have arrested a man and charged him with murder.

Thirty-year-year old James Dickey was gunned down in broad daylight Sunday in Tallahassee's third murder of the year. Police have charged Carlus Fountain of Bainbridge, Georgia in connection with the shooting that happened in broad daylight.

Police say witnesses were able to identify him.

Meanwhile at the scene of the murder, a makeshift memorial has gone up. Police say Mr. Dickey lived in the complex and many neighbors came to leave flowers and light candles.

Vshernay Barron, Fountain's girlfriend of six months, doesn't believe he is the shooter.
