Tallahassee's new city commission voted Wednesday to rescind a controversial "last" vote by the outgoing commission.
The city's Jack Mclean will be getting a new pool and recreation center. It's a $5.4 million deal. In their last meeting, outgoing commissioners voted 3-2 to work with Ajax construction.
Wednesday night, commissioners voted to create a citizens' advisory committee for the park project.
Commissioners will revisit the issue in four weeks.
