Youthful Massage
Besides working out the kinks and getting you to relax, a massage might help you live longer

Getting a head -to-toe rubdown may sound like a luxury, but it could add years to your life. According to research published in the Journal of Alternative and Complimentary Medicine, researchers say people who went for just one deep tissue massage registered an average seven point drop in their upper and lower blood pressure numbers. And their resting heart rates dropped by 11 points!
The study author says those reductions could add up to six years to a person's life span.
The research team believes the benefits of massage last for days. And the more often you have them the more likely your body will adjust permanently.
If you'd like to get a massage, but cost is a factor, consider getting one at a certified school for massage therapy where rates are often significantly less.
