Rape is the most under-reported crime in the country. As part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, the Refuge House in Tallahassee hosted a day of healing for all victims and their families.
One survivor shared her story to try to give strength to others.
"We've all gone through bad things; we've all experienced traumas in our life. But I think there is something to be said for a person who can get through those things and still live a triumphant life," says Roslyn Webb.
She says overcoming life's obstacles is much like playing a sport.
She says just like a losing team, it’s always possible to make a comeback and conquer the odds.
