A former Leon County bailiff accused of child molestation has just been released from jail.
Rick Dyke was arrested last month and accused of molesting a young girl more than 20 years ago.
Friday morning, under order of the appeals court, Judge Leandra Johnson set bond at $25,000 and ordered Dyke to wear a GPS monitor until his trial.
Dyke's attorney says he posted bond and was released from the Wakulla County Jail at about 4:30 Friday afternoon.
Dyke's trial is set for September.
