They're participating in a summer teaching program called "We The People," which focuses on the U.S. Constitution.
Organizers say the program includes presentations by law professors, constitutional experts and a Florida Supreme Court justice.
They also say the program will ultimately benefit Florida's students.
"What happens is they, they go back to their schools and in their classrooms. They're able to use not only the content, but the methods that we teach in this institute to engage their students in learning about the Constitution," explains "We The People" program director Michael Odom.
"We The People" teaching program is mainly funded by the Center for Civic Education.
