You can pick up coffee, prescriptions, and fast food, but tonight, some residents in California are voting early, without out even getting out of their cars.

Early voting is underway in California, too and voters in Santa Ana have no excuse not to vote.

To make it easier for people to get out and vote early, drivers can pull right up into a voting lane where they will have their registration checked.

Voters can then go to one of six electronic polling stations and just roll down a window to cast their ballot.

The drive-through began at 5 Monday Afternoon but will only be open until midnight tonight, since today is the last day Californians can register to vote in the presidential election.

Voters can not register to vote and vote on the same day, but the Orange County Registrar's Office is providing the stations to encourage voters to come out and vote by making it easier on them.

All the votes that the drive-through polls in Santa Ana will be tallied up along with results from other polls set up for early voting, as well as absentee ballots.

The last day for early voting in Orange County is on October 28th.
