Traffic was brought to a halt this morning on Capital Circle after a transit bus carrying about a dozen passengers overturned.
No one was seriously injured. An official with the Tallahassee Fire Department says eyewitnesses saw the bus pull out in front of a white Chevy Blazer traveling north on Capital Circle near Lonnbladh Road about 8:30 Thursday morning. The blazer was carrying a woman and a small child.
Some of the victims were taken to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, but only for precautionary measures. The accident is under investigation.
