County administrator Joe Blanchard says Waste Management has agreed to continue serving its customers for two more weeks.
This will allow more time for residents to switch over their trash service.
The compromise comes after a slew of complaints over Waste Management’s abrupt decision to halt services this week.
Blanchard says residents can also keep the black trash cans from Waste Management so that new haulers won't have to provide new cans.
