Tallahassee police are investigating a possible case of attempted murder, but officers say they are not getting much help from the victim.
Around ten p.m. Monday night, 24-year-old Monterrius Dell Lebric Brown walked into Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and said he had been shot in the stomach.
Brown told police an unknown black male shot him near Saxon and Tucker Street. He said he didn't know why the man opened fire.
Police say Brown is giving them no help in locating the suspect, and the victim says he doesn't plan on pressing charges, but police say the suspect will be charged with attempted murder once located.
Brown is listed in good condition after undergoing surgery. If you have any information, call Tallahassee Police at 850-891-4200.
