A mother accused of sneaking her son out of Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in the face of a court order is now out of jail.
Twenty-eight-year-old Melody Robinson was released Tuesday night after posting a $5,000 bond.
Her attorney also filed a "not guilty" plea.
Robinson was arrested last week, about 15 hours after police say she tucked her four-day-old baby boy into a bag and walked out the hospital door.
Police say the baby had tested positive for cocaine and the Department of Children and Families had notified Robinson earlier in the day that the baby would be put into foster care.
No future court dates have been set yet.
