An extra hour of sleep is headed your way as we set back the clocks Saturday night.
Sunday morning at 2 A.M. "Day Light Saving Time" comes to an end, and we will "fall back" to standard time.
Some local commuters say they enjoy falling back this time of year for the extra sleep and early sunlight.
"The best thing I enjoy about it, is waking up and seeing daylight, since I have to be at work early in the morning, so now I get to see sunlight when I wake up and head out for work," said Ira Willis, who is thrilled about the return to standard time.
If your not a fan of falling back we will "spring forward" to daylight time, in four short months, on Sunday March 8th 2009.
