An accused pedophile is now on trial in Tallahassee and could face life in prison if convicted.
The high school senior who admits to posing for lurid pictures and claims to have had sex with him for years took the stand Thursday morning.
The 17-year-old described how she lost her virginity the summer before her sophomore year on a woodworking table in her neighbor's barn.
Her neighbor was Richard Rightmire, who now stands accused of having sex with a girl nearly 50 years younger and taking pictures of it all.
"Did you want to have sex with Mr. Rightmire?" asked prosecutor Frank Allman.
"No," the teen replied.
"So why did you?"
"Because there was really no way of getting out of it," she said.
She says it happened too many times to count and it started soon after she began taking care of Rightmire's dogs to earn some extra spending money. The photos taken in the barn are too graphic for us to show you. The prosecutor described them as "photographs of her naked, photographs of them engaged in certain sex acts, photographs of her wrapped in plastic saran wrap."
The girl claims the rendezvous stopped only after her mother discovered naked pictures of her in her room and her father found sex toys in her dresser drawer.
When asked why she didn't tell her parents sooner, the girl said, "Because I know how my parents are and I know exactly how they would react. My mom would cry and be really angry and my dad would go shoot him."
Rightmire faces 90 counts in all. Testimony in the case is expected to wrap up Friday.
