A Tallahassee architect will spend a year in prison for drawing up plans to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex. He was sentenced in a Leon County courtroom Thursday afternoon.
Back in May, a jury found 36-year-old Naser Nazrul guilty of soliciting a minor online.
He was actually talking to an undercover police officer in that cha troom and investigators say when Nazrul showed up at the Georgetown Apartments to meet the fictional teenager for sex, he was greeted by Tallahassee Police.
Nazrul, a native of Bangladesh, also faces deportation.
