A Sopchoppy man who claims he was growing marijuana to treat his stress disorder and depression is headed to prison.
We spoke with Edmond Revell the morning after his arrest. He admitted what he'd done was wrong, but claimed the marijuana growing in his backyard travel trailer was for his own use.
Deputies doubted that because there were more than 300 plants worth nearly half a million dollars.
Revell was sentenced in federal court this week. He'll spend one year in federal prison and four years on supervised release.
