Deputies are looking for a one armed robber who they say has held up two Tallahassee banks. He is accused of robbing the Wachovia Bank on Mahan Drive earlier this week and the Capital City Bank on the corner of Monroe and Tennessee last month.
After deputies released a surveillance photo, the calls started coming in and deputies now say they are looking for 42-year-old Dwane Walker, a light skinned black man who is missing his right arm. A customer saw him drop his note just moments before the robbery.
LCSO spokesman SGT Chris Chase says detectives found evidence at Walker's home to link him to the robberies.
"We currently have two outstanding warrants for bank robbery and he is believed to be in the Tallahassee area, but we cannot find him at this point," said Chase.
If you've seen Dwane Walker, call Crime Stoppers at 850-574-TIPS.
