I am shocked at how judgemental you people are. You don't even know this family. The child is an honor student and this was his first referral for a paddling. He had blisters and bruises after the paddling. Some of you foilks need to quit playing detective on this website and get a life. You have no idea what you are talking about. Wakulla does have good schools. This one administrator just hit the kid too hard. That's all. If it was your child-oh I forget yours is perfect. Maybe you would feel different.

It's all the Leon misfits moving down here and we have to deal with them. Bringing their way of Anarchy with them. Look at their schools because you can't discipline anybody. Gunshots, drugs, sex in the gym and bathrooms. Keep that in Tallahassee or should we say San Francisco, Florida where it belongs, not down here.

Congratulations to "Not Mommy Dearest" and "Carla"!!!!!!!!!! I am happy to learn that out of 50 comments we actually have 2 with brains!!! My son is 11 and has never had a "bad day" It is all in the parenting. Give your kids hugs and love and attention and quit being selfish and ignoring them while you are being a couch potato to a brainwashing machine. Kids are not bad, they mimic their parents. Thats how kids learn. People who think that kids need to be beaten (paddled) for discipline do not know what discipline is. Discipline does not mean hit or beat!!! It means to TEACH your kids self control DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Break the cycle, I was raised by a muslim and beaten and spit on daily, but I do not do it to my child. I did not like it done to me, so I do not do it to my son and he is a well adjusted respectful young man who has never had a day where he was being rude to anyone. It's all in the parenting!!!
