Tonight the center held their annual celebrity waiter dinner at the Moon in Tallahassee, raising money for children with special needs.
News anchors, politicians, and local sports players came out tonight contributing by acting as the celebrity waiters.
Celebrity Waiter Ron Floyd said the center hopes to achieve one goal tonight.
"To raise awareness for the people with disabilities any thing a community can do to come together and help them", said Ron Floyd.
With events like this children with disabilities are able to attend the center which offers services in child care, education and early intervention as well as therapy.
