Imagine living with seven complete strangers for four months. It's a reality for one Florida State student.
Jose Tapia was one of seven people who was seen on MTV’s "The Real World," shot in Key West, Florida. Tapia says participating on the television pop culture phenomenon was a great learning experience, one he thinks all students should encounter.
He's got the lowdown on what it takes to be the next star on the reality TV show.
Jose Tapia said, "It's all about your personality. You have that certain look. I think they want strong personality, people who are real and genuine, not someone who is over the top who is trying to act."
The show will hold casting calls on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Baja's Beach Club on West Pensacola Street.
