Teachers at Canopy Oaks Elementary in Trouble

The investigation shows the teachers made copies of the SATs and then passed them out to staff at Canopy Oaks.

The teachers gave their students practice tests almost identical to the real thing, resulting in perfect scores.

The school had students retake the test showing lower scores, confirming the test was slanted.

School officials have a plan in place so this will not happen again.

"We're gonna restrict access to the test immediately before the test is given so no one will have the opportunity to look at any times, create any practice test items and use them with the kids," said Jim Croteau, Leon County School Superintendent.

The School Board wants to stress the students did nothing inappropriate and the results of both tests will be sent home to parents.
