Twenty-six-year-old Shaun Washington faces serious jail time for allegedly driving drunk with a carload of children.
Tuesday, seven jurors listened to testimony in the case against Washington. He is facing nearly a dozen charges for an accident back on April 12.
An 11-year-old, who authorities say was behind the wheel of Washington's car when it crashed into a tree, took the stand. It's believed Washington was assisting the 11-year-old with driving.
In all, five children were hurt and two were seriously injured.
Washington faces not only a DUI charge, but he's accused of driving without a license, negligence, and injuring all five children.
