A Tallahassee music shop is accused of selling pirated CDs.
Police say the owner of Flava Music on Railroad Avenue was burning CDs in the back room, stocking them on the shelves and selling them for about five bucks a piece.
Sgt. Dewey Riou says undercover officers bought two of these CDs in the last few weeks, and when they served a search warrant Thursday, not only did they find a burn in progress, but confiscated more than 1,000 illegal discs.
The store's owner, 31-year-old Michael Robinson, is facing felony charges for counterfeiting.
