The study out of FSU's College of Business finds employees don't leave their job or company. They actually leave their boss.
Researchers surveyed more than 700 people who work in a variety of jobs.
Thirty one percent of survey respondents report their boss giving them the silent treatment in the past year.
Thirty seven percent say their boss failed to give them credit.
Thirty nine percent say their boss failed to keep promises. Twenty four percent say their boss has invaded their privacy.
