A pedestrian who was struck and killed by a car late Friday night has been identified as 43-year-old Igor Logvinov, of Pennsylvania. The Florida Highway says shortly before 10'o-clock,Phillip Williams, of Quincy, Florida was traveling west on State Road 10, one mile east of Midway, when the front of his car struck a Logvinov, who was crossing the street. Authorities say charges are pending in this case.
