Contractors are busy putting together an ice skating rink as well as snow covered hills for sledding.
The activities will be ready in time for the new year. The fun gets underway December 31.
"There's a big air compressor back there, a big air conditioner compressor. It chills Freon, runs through a tubing system and it chills Freon down to 18 degrees, and we spray water on top of the tubes and as it cycles itself through it keeps that water at 18 degrees," said contractor Eric Rogers.
Park officials say each year the crowd gets bigger and bigger.
