South Georgia Medical Center invited a special visitor to come cheer up children in the pediatric unit.
Santa Claus and volunteers visited dozens of patients and had presents for everyone.
Paige Dukes, a volunteer said, "It's very important so many times we see children in circumstances that are not you know the way we would like to. Of course, the hospital's not the ideal either, but they are safe here, they are being provided for and we are glad to be able to contribute to that."
Children were also happy to see Sparky the fire dog, who is also visiting the hospital this week delivering presents.
