Hundreds packed into Tallahassee's bus terminal Monday morning to commemorate Dr. King's legacy.

Students from all of the area universities were also on hand, some even serving as speakers.

The guest speaker was an up and coming pastor in the community who challenged onlookers to make Martin Luther King's dream a reality.

"When you are sleeping, a dream is precious and is very much alive. A dream is real to you, but it is only when you wake up and remember the dream that you can act," said Devin Wright, associate pastor with the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Tallahassee.

The service was held in honor of the Reverend C.K. Steele, who led Tallahassee's bus boycott in the 1950s.
