The FSU College of Law held a forum focusing on Beyond Guantanamo and protecting America.
Panel members talked about the military rationale for Obama's plan to close the prison in Guantanamo.
They also discussed how to handle prisoners there and if it is safe to relocate them to correctional facilities in the U.S.
"The actual bringing them to the U.S., everybody uses the fear card which we've heard for the last 8 years. We need to get away from that this is America the brave, it's not America the fearful. We know how to take care of bad guys," says Paul Eaton, a retired Major General of the U.S. Army.
General Eaton says it's important to hold this type of an event at the college of law, because this topic relates to the laws of the country.

We have a perfectly good safe prison to hold our country's enemies at G-Bay.Why waste our money moving them to our homeland that they want to destroy? This is bad,bad thinking Mr President! Try rethinking this Mr President. We owe those terrorist NOTHING!It really questions your allegiance and motives to OUR COUNTRY!
Gen. Eaton as well as Oboma need to stay out of G-Bay. it should stay and so should the "terrorist" held there.... bringing them to U.S. Maineland is like handing a terrorist a bomb and allowing them into your home.. BOOOOOOOOM.. so much for security ! i say kill em all and let god sort em out !!! but then again, maybe every senator congressman AND obama needs to take into their OWN home a dozen or so terrorist... at least then it would surily fix the health care problem.
