Blueprint 2000 announced Monday that Sandco Incorporated will be heading up construction on Capital Circle Southeast, between Tram Road and Woodville Highway.
The road is currently two lanes, but will eventually be expanded into a six lane highway divided by a median.
Contractors say work should begin by the end of the year and will take about two and a half years to complete.
