The first goal is to improve academic achievement accountability, improve communication at all levels in the community, provide physical accountability to Grady County residents, enhance school safety, along with employee benefit packages.
Superintendent of Grady County Schools Steve Wooten said, "We will refine what the objectives are to meet that goal, and to do that we're going to meet with each school level administration. It's a great opportunity for our community to come together and work on common goals."
School officials say one way to accomplish their goal of academic improvement, is to break down student scores on each subject and look for ways to improve those scores.
