A Franklin County man convicted of killing his wife will learn his fate. A judge is expected to hand down Samuel Fuller's sentence any minute now.
The jury convicted him of second degree murder last month.
Fuller turned himself in to authorities in 2004 two days after investigators found his wife's body in the kitchen.
Deputies say they found her with fatal gunshot wounds to the chest.
