Saturday PETA protested outside the water park in San Antonio,Texas and flew a banner in the sky that read, 'Let Orcas out of prison.'
Members are protesting the death of killer whale trainer Dawn Brancheau at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.
Brancheau was killed after 'Tilikum', the killer whale, attacked her during a show.
PETA wants SeaWorld San Antonio to release 'Tilly' from the Texas park. Members believe the whale should be in a sanctuary and they want people to appreciate the whales in the wild.
SeaWorld San Antonio had no comment.

SeaWorld needs to be closed down. It is cruel and serves no purpose except to facilitate human greed. The animals can not be released, they will not survive. The inbreeding needs to be stopped, and the animals need to be reared in more natural environments.

The mistake is WCTV's -- of course the incident occured in Florida, not Texas. PETA obviously knows that, this Web site needs to make a correction. PETA is calling on all SeaWorld locations to put an end to the carnage. For those of of you who believe it's acceptable to keep intelligent, social animals in tanks that are equivlent to a bathtub: Shame on you.
