Tallahassee FL- With two top ten teams going head to head here in tallahassee-- businesses are expecting a big weekend. If there are any Nole or Miami fans out there who haven't made plans for this weekends game. Just a heads up, reservations might be hard to come by.

"The better they do the more the fans come up," explained Terry Daniel, the Sales Director at Aloft Hotel in Tallahassee. More fans mean more support for the Noles and local businesses.

Daniel said, "With the wins we are also feeling the excitement but it also gives people the opportunity to stay home for a couple of weeks and then come back up."

With thousands of both FSU and Miami fans planning on making the trip to Tallahassee-- local businesses like the A-Loft Hotel are making sure everything is squeaky clean and ready for their customers.

President CEO of Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association, Carol Dover said, "Tourism is the economic engine for this state, and therefore it is also the economic engine of a city like Tallahassee so seeing a game like this and having it here hosted in our city means a lot to the tourism industry."

Not only is this weekend a big rivalry, but FSU and UM are both ranked as top ten teams. AND ESPN's college game day will be live outside Doak Campbell Stadium this Saturday. According to the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association most of the hotels in Tallahassee are all booked. Bonn Marketing and Research estimates around 7 million dollars will be made this weekend alone. So it's no wonder local businesses are revving up and getting ready for a busy weekend.

Daniels said, "We are working with the community to make sure that every guest has a great Tallahassee Experience.

Although many of the hotels are booked there is always the option for cancelations.
The big game this weekend is scheduled to start at 8:00 at night this Saturday.
