Tallahassee, FL - Fans aren't the only ones gearing up for the BCS National Championship game in Pasadena.

Tallahassee Police say they'll be doing extra patrols Monday night to make sure everyone's safe during and after game time.

TPD say there will be 25 extra police out monitoring, with additional officers on standby.

Officer David Northway says TPD will be assisting FSU Police near the Civic Center where the official watch party will be held, along with a concentration in the College Town area.
