Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and the 25 other states challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act today announced that they have filed a response to the Department of Justice's petition for U.S. Supreme Court review of the lawsuit. The states’ filed their response today instead of waiting until the due date of October 28.

For these people who think that FL is going against the middle class, PLEASE read / study the CONSTITUTION. LEARN what freedoms have already been stripped from us. Keep an open mind as you consider what kind of life your grandkids will have when the government takes more control. ObamaCare does not serve the middleclass nor any class... It only helps to destroy the freedoms that we have enjoyed for a lifetime. Too many of us have worked all our lives, proudly, and with thanks. Our grandkids are being raised to be responsible for themselves.. and to be charitible to those who truly have needs. Nothing is worth more than saving the country that our forefathers so wisely formed.

What a waste of Florida tax dollars...when she loses the case, and she will, we should remove that money from her budget and get the Republican party to subsidize her losses. IMPEACH BONDI AND SCOTT!

Which part of against the people's will does the AG have a problem with power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Shame on Florida politicans for derailing the middle class. Stop using tax payer dollars to work against the citizens. Special interest is not in the best interest of Florida citizens. Vote her out, and vote'em all out.
