A man accused of traveling to meet a minor for sex, with his three year old daughter in tow, has been sentenced to three years and six months in prison.
40 year old Glen Harvey was arrested in October 2011 in a sex sting Tallahassee police call tally op. Dozens of other other men were arrested along with him.
TPD charged Harvey with online solicitation and traveling to meet a minor for sex. Police say he had his three year old daughter with him on his trip from Chipley to Tallahassee.
Despite emotional testimony from Harvey's wife, mother, and father, the judge ordered him to serve a little more than three and a half years in prison.
Harvey spoke to the judge and apologized for all he had done. As he walked away we asked if he had anything else to say and he said he had no words.

Harvey entered a no contest plea in October.
Harvey's lawyer paid a psychologist to perform tests on him and now the psychologist is testifying.
He says Harvey had a low risk of being a perpetual offender, but has some "self regulation" problems.

A man charged with using the internet to solicit sex from a young girl has entered a plea in court.
Glen Harvey entered a no contest plea on Monday in a sex sting.
He was arrested back in October of last year, charged with trying to contact who he thought were the girl's parents.
Arrest papers say he made the trip from Chipley to Tallahassee and showed up with his three-year-old daughter in tow.
Prosecutor Kathy Ray said sentencing for Harvey is set for December 5th. He could face up to 20 years behind bars.
