A man accused of kidnapping and murdering a Crawfordville Sunday school teacher returns to court tomorrow.

We must warn you, some of the details in this story are graphic.

Gary Michael Hilton is back in the courtroom Monday morning for the second day of testimony.

He's accused of killing Cheryl Dunlap back in December of 2007.
New details are unfolding about her gruesome death.

Prosecutors revealed on Friday that Dunlap's head and hands were found at Hilton's campsite, not far from where the rest of her body was found in the Apalachicola National Forest.

The defense has been calling into question the reliability of much of the evidence in this case so far.

WCTV will have all the latest information on the trial.

The trial will be streamed live on our website.

The problem in my opinion here is that the legal monkees..Suber and Meggs want to become famous like the guys who caught Al Capone and such. This mockery of the American way is nothing more than a means to fill the pockets of these evil people with money and fame.(Suber and Meggs) They care nothing for the families or those who have to pay the tab. Demons walk this earth, some in killer's clothes and some in officers of the court.

I agree with anonymous at 3:22am. Bring the Dunlap, try Hilton to a tree and set his *** on fire. Burn baby burn.

I agree with you bring all the other families here lets get this over with and put the scum down, he does not deserve to have a meal in his belly 3 times a day and to sleep at night living rent free, if they keep moving him from state to state to stand trial then hes laughing at us because he gets to live longer

anonymous- why would you say something so ridiculous? Exactly who in their right mind will be in charge of executing this man the same way he murdered Mrs. Dunlap? I believe in capital punishment in cases like this but I think him dying the same way she did is a bit unrealistic. EVERY time there is a murder article someone, without fail, will say that the suspect should be killed the same way the victim was.

Fran, I've always felt the murderer should die the way his murdered did. No different for this guy. And the Bryants' children are still being told by the Feds they intend to try Hilton too. How much money is being spent on him! I know I want justice for the families. But at this point, like one poster said -- bring the families to Tallahassee and let's all meet at the tree out in front of the courthouse and be done with it. He's acknowledged what he did to Meredith Emerson. They have the evidence in NC for the Bryants. They appear to have the evidence in Leon/Wakulla County. And he's sitting there laughing up his sleeve at the whole show. Where does it end?

Just from what we heard on Friday, this guy is GUILTY! Why do monsters have more rights than their victims? What he deserves is a very slow agonizing death.
