Thomasville, GA- Some instances of animal cruelty can make you cringe or cry. A local humane society is on a mission to stop it.
The Thomasville, Thomas County Humane Society is organizing a community workshop to help educate the public about the on-going problem.
Organizers say it will be opportunity for folks to brainstorm ways to prevent animal cruelty and increase awareness.
The workshop is scheduled for Thursday, January 10th at 6:30 p.m.
It will be held in the conference room of the Emergency Services Center on 1202 Remington Avenue in Thomas County.
