Tallahassee, Fla. -- Tallahassee police have released the identity of a man involved in a road rage incident last night, accused of pointing an assault rifle at another driver.

Tallahassee police were called out to Apalachee Pkwy. around 11 last night where the victim says the road rage incident with 23-year-old suspect, Rashard Rouise, took place.

According to the victim, he was at the intersection of S. Magnolia Dr. and E. Lafayette St. heading north when Rouise made eye contact with him from his vehicle. Both drivers proceeded to the next red light at Magnolia Dr. and Apalachee Pkwy., where the victim says he rolled down his window and asked Rouise if he was ‘ok’.
