A man is accused of setting a mobile home on fire in Gadsden County.

Investigators say within half an hour his ex-girlfriend's house in Leon County went up in flames too.

43 year old Eric LaFaye Jackson was arrested by the state fire marshal.

A spokesperson says Jackson is accused of setting fire to a home on River Road in Havana Sunday. It started in the bedroom.

Within 20 minutes, a mobile home on Fairbanks Ferry Road in Leon County was in flames. Investigators with the state fire marshal's office say that's the home of Jackson's ex-girlfriend. That fire started in the bedroom too.

Jackson has only been charged in the Gadsden County fire. He is in jail there on a 75-thousand dollar bond.

At this point, the state fire marshal has deemed the Leon County fire an arson too, but no one has been charged in the Leon County fire.
